Bullying & Harassment Masterclass
for Senior Management, Executive and Board Level

Workplace bullying & harassment continues to be a significant problem for Australian workplaces.

This Masterclass is a high-level 1-2 hour session designed to provide your senior management team, executives and/or board members with the essential information regarding workplace bullying & harassment in 2018 including the updated definitions, challenges, risks, potential costs and consequences.

This course draws the basics from our foundation bullying and harassment course and is focused on the importance of good safety leadership. It provides information on the potential within Australian workplaces for individuals and organisations to be held liable for unacceptable conduct that occurs in their workplace and the real implications of such claims.

Importantly – through the invaluable insight of the lead facilitator – attendees are encouraged to focus on proactive leadership and prevention.

The course content/time length is flexible and can be aligned to your organisation’s policies and procedures and be tailored to ensure it covers any concerns your organisation may be facing.
