Safety Leadership Training
This high-level training program focuses on the importance of good WHS/OHS leadership and the legal duty of “due diligence”.
Good safety leadership is good business. Keeping your leaders abreast of the changes, their obligations, including the legal expectations of the courts and regulators, is vital for the health and safety of your business, and your people.
During this short and informative 2 hour course our industry expert facilitator will drive the important work, health and safety messages home to your leaders. Insight will be provided from the facilitator to your group on their significant experience conducting investigations into serious work health & safety incidents (including fatalities), and their involvement as lawyers during the prosecution process.
This training program is relevant for your leaders whether your organisation sits under the harmonised WHS regime, the continuing original OHS regimes, or both. It provides real insight into good safety leadership and “getting it right”. It also provides practical guidance on how to exercise and demonstrate “due diligence”.
The course content/time length is flexible and can be aligned to your organisation’s policies and procedures and be tailored to ensure it covers any concerns your organisation may be facing.
