Sexual Harassment
Training Program
Sexual harassment continues to be serious problem within many Australian workplaces.
Negative and unsafe workplace behaviours can have devastating effects on individuals and organisations. We are seeing more workplace bullying and harassment complaints, investigations and claims than ever. Being proactive and working to prevent these negative behaviours is essential.
Raising awareness and educating organisations and individuals about sexual harassment and discrimination is an important mechanism to communicate that these negative workplaces are against the law and will not be tolerated at work. Effective training also provides real practical advice on how to raise, deal and manage concerns effectively.
This 2-hour interactive foundation course provides attendees with clear definitions and explanations about sexual harassment. The course also provides guidance on what individuals and organisations should be doing if there is a concern. This course covers all the important information every worker needs to know about sexual harassment.
The course content/time length is flexible and can be aligned to your organisation’s policies and procedures and be tailored to ensure it covers any concerns your organisation may be facing.
